As a solution-focused hypnotherapist, I recommend between 6 and 12 sessions, depending on your unique needs and goals. Some issues, such as phobias or smoking cessation, may be resolved in fewer sessions. Book a free initial consultation to discuss your objectives and create a plan tailored to you.

  • All you need is a quiet space and a reliable connection

  • A good starting point if you want to try it before committing to a package
